We spent New Year’s Eve at this place and the experience was excellent. We are a family with two small children and from the first moment we felt right at home. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and clearly designed for families, with well-distributed spaces that make the stay very comfortable.
It exceeded all our expectations. The location is ideal, close to very good restaurants and a few minutes from Cosita Rica beach, a quiet beach and highly recommended for families.
We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Excellent, the space is cozy, comfortable, close to very good restaurants and the area. Impeccable cleanliness. The beach is two minutes from the apartment. I loved it.

– Carmen’s place is a must stay. The place was immaculately clean and in a great location near the beach in Malecon. My favorite amenity was the pool and the gym that is located inside the gated condo area. I will definitely recommend staying at Carmen’s place.

Great accommodation! We loved the apartment, great location and service from the host, our host was always available and attentive. We rented 4 apartments and all were impeccable. Carmen was our host and was super helpful and friendly. He gave us recommendations near the place and was always attentive to ensure that everything was fine. We would definitely go back!
